Product Description

GRP High Tensile Reclaim is high quality reclaim manufactured for products requiring increased physical properties. It is produced from Retread Buffing Dust/ Powder.

The vulcanization properties of GRP High Tensile Reclaim make it particularly suitable for a variety of Natural Rubber products.

Crumb rubber 40 mesh for reclaim rubber

After manufacturing of 80 mesh tread crumb, coarse material is left out we manufacture 40 mesh from this left over coarse and than blend it in a blender for homogenization

We autoclaved our40 mesh tread crumb at a low temperature and further process the same at maintained temperature to intact the properties.

We stain the the autoclaved material by 60 mesh for gainless finish at the same time it help also to keep the forging material away.
